These terms govern your use of presteigehairexperience.com and your acquisition of any Presteige Hair Co issue. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Presteige Hair Co releases collections as limited editorial issues. Each issue opens for a stated acquisition window and closes on the stated date. When the window closes, the issue closes. Issues are not restocked and do not reopen.
THE FALL ISSUE 001 opens Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 12:00pm ET and closes Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
Certain looks are released in capped quantities. When a capped look is claimed in full, it is no longer available for that issue.
All units are virgin, cuticle-aligned hair. Each look is available in a 5×5 closure or a 13×6 frontal, in small, medium, or large cap size. You select construction and cap size at checkout.
Because hair is a natural product, slight variation in color, texture, and density is normal between units and between a unit and its photograph. Screen settings also affect how color appears. Variation of this kind is not a defect.
Prices are in United States Dollars and are shown at checkout. We may change prices between issues. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless a payment plan is expressly offered.
Orders ship within seven business days of purchase. Tracking is provided when the unit leaves us. We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped. Please check your address carefully at checkout.
For health and hygiene reasons, all units are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair.
If your unit arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong look, construction, or cap size, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. Units must be unworn, uncut, uncolored, and in original packaging with all tags attached. We will replace the unit or issue a refund at our discretion.
Any alteration to a unit — cutting, coloring, bleaching, plucking, or heat styling — voids all remedies.
Units are covered only when cared for as described in the care guidance provided with your order. Damage from improper care, excessive heat, chemical processing, or wear is not covered.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
All content on this site — photography, text, collection names, and design — is the property of Presteige Hair Co and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presteige Hair Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your acquisition or use of our units. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the unit in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
